How to become recognized as a Healthy Nail Salon?

Recognition is a four-step process: 

1. Fill out the survey form (ENGLISH / VIETNAMESE), AND
   • Mail to Alameda County’s Healthy Nail Salon Program at 1100 San Leandro Blvd, 4th Floor, San Leandro, CA 94577
2. Schedule and attend free training classes provided by our staff.
3. Schedule a site visit with our staff to verify that all criteria are met.
4. Upon verification, your nail salon will be recognized as a Healthy Nail Salon.
