The medical offices listed by city offer well-child (CHDP) exams. If your children are being seen regularly by a doctor or a clinic, we recommend you continue at the same place of care. For Medi-Cal patients enrolled in Alameda Alliance but without an assigned doctor, call the customer service department to get a doctor for your child.
