Stages of Meaningful Use in Alameda County

The strategies for demonstrating “Meaningful Use” of EHR systems include both a core set and menu set of objectives progressing through different stages. Stage 1 focuses on data capture and sharing; Stage 2 on advance clinical processes; Stage 3 on improved outcomes.  The  requirements for each stage of meaningful use in Alameda County are cited below.

Meaningful Use Stage 3 with Alameda County
