Syndromic Surveillance

Health Monitoring Systems

Alameda County Public Health does not accept syndromic surveillance data from Eligible Providers (only for EH). Email ACmeaningfuluse@acgov.org to request letter to document exclusion.

Cancer Reporting

California Cancer Registry

Specialized Registry Reporting

ACPHD has no local Specialized Registry currently in place.

Eligible Providers may wish to use the State Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP) as a specialized registry. Email EBLRSupportCDPH-CLPPB@cdph.ca.gov if you have questions.
